RETURN POLICY
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return on any unused product. Please note, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. Follow this link to request a return. Returned merchandise must be received at the address listed below within 14 days of receipt of your order to be eligible for a refund.
Once your returned item is received, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your return. If the returned item includes a copy of the original receipt, the RMA number, and the original packaging, a refund will be processed within 3-5 days. Refunds will be provided via the original form of payment.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be subject to custom duty taxes. Sannotto Bay is not responsible for import taxes or custom fees that you may incur. You are responsible for any fees charged for undeliverable or refused packages.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We currently cannot accommodate cancellations.

All products purchased during a sale are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for a refund.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item is delivered damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@sannottobay.com. Please retain all items and packages, as you will be required to email us a photo of the damaged items.
